1956. First Edition. 136 pages. Signed by the author. Pictorial dust jacket over blue cloth with gilt lettering. Signed by the author with dedication to title page. Contains black and white photographs. Heavy pale marks and water damage to boards. Pages remain bright and clear with minimal tanning and foxing. Binding remains firm. Heavier tanning and foxing to endpapers and pastedowns. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Prominent water damage to boards with intense mottling, bleach spotting and mould markings but no active mould; notable aroma of book cleaning fluid.
