Signed and inscribed on dedication page: "And to Jay with gratitude, ever, Carlos 5th Nov. 75;" with nine line comment on the book, his telephone number and Swiss address. A couple Xeroxes laid in including the Sunday Times 11 May, 1969 review annotated by Carlos with six line comment. Publicist Jay Allen's copy. Thompson tried to sell the book for filming.
