1991. First Edition. 217 pages. Signed by the author. Green slipcase. Green cloth covered boards with gilt. Black and white photographs. Flat signed by author to title page. Pages remain bright and clean with minimal tanning and foxing. Binding remains firm. Boards have light shelf wear with minor corner bumping and crushing to spine ends.
