Signed presentation from both authors on the half-title page (signed by Sell with presentation written and also signed by Weybright): "for Sam Rapport who had less faith in Buffalo Bill than Henry B. Sell, Victor Weybright but who is a Great Scout (Adult Division) just the same." Sell is a kinsman of Buffalo Bill. Finding copies signed by both authors is uncommon!. Seller Inventory # 56839
