First American edition, first printing. Signed by Italo Calvino and inscribed to a former owner on the front free endpaper. Bound in publisher's decoratively stamped brown cloth. Near Fine with slight fading to the spine. In a Very Good unclipped dust jacket, spine toned and with a closed tear at the top of the front spine joint, small interior chip to spine and front flap fold.
