Today, American born blacks represent approximately 80% of the NBA and 70% of the NFL, while representing only 7.7% of the MLB. This is no coincidence according to JENNINGS, "This is the result of strategic design." Reginald Howard is a former Negro Leagues player who was with the Indianapolis Clowns. A thought provoking book, published in a very limited printing. The book is in good condition, the covers have some wrinkles.
