Large octavo. [6], 49, [1] pp., frontis. Limited edition, number 51 of 1000 copies. Signed by Waugh. Publisher's cloth with gilt-stamped vignette on the front board and title on the spine; top edge gilt. A very bright binding; contents clean. This is Waugh's final piece of fiction, originally published in Esquire in 1962, this is a short story featuring a protagonist of several earlier novels. A finely printed edition with a striking color frontispiece by Hale.
