Very tall brad-bound wrappers. 14 pp. Subtitled "A ballet designed, costumed, painted, choreographed, written and performed by the celebrated Black Ballerina of Diaghilev's Ballet Russe" Illustrated with photographs. The full length ballet premiered at The Kitchen, Center for Video and Music in NYC on Feb 22, 23 1979 with all roles played by Eleanor Antin with Marcia Goodman as Monsieur Mozart and Tere Foley as the Lackey. This copy has been nicely INSCRIBED by Antin to poet and small press publisher John Perreault. Small chip to bottom left corner of the front cover, else a very good copy. Scarce artist publication with only a handful of copies noted in O.C.L.C. Seller Inventory # 32838
