Octavo, two volumes, totalling 605 pages, illustrations plus 14 plates over one hundred reproductions of title-pages, manuscripts, etc. and unpublished cartoons by Aubrey Beardsley and Max Beerbohm', plates printed on Japan paper. Gilt-decorated cream buckram, with gilt decorations by Charles Ricketts, top edges gilt, others uncut (these a little foxed); covers lightly marked and spine sunned, one ribbon bookmark separated; but an excellent set. Both volumes have the ex libris plate of the author Rainforth Armitage Walker, designed by James Guthrie on the front paste down. Walker wrote extensively on Aubrey Beardsley and became a fine collector of Beardsley drawings, later donated to the National Gallery to form the Beardsley collection. Edition de Luxe limited to only 100 sets on Aldwych handmade paper, signed by Stuart Mason. Both books in excellent condition, look unused and some pages unopened.
