Warmly, and briefly, INSCRIBED on the half-title page "for Arthur and Elaine (Cohen)", where he has also added a small self-caricature; the book is SIGNED a second time on the title page. Arthur Cohen was an author, Holocaust scholar, and the editor-in-chief of Holt, Rinehart, & Winston, and he and his wife Elaine were close friends of Kosinski. Seller Inventory # 002766
