A very good A5 sized turquoise coloured card-covered book with black titling and decoration to the front cover. A former owner's label is also on the bottom of the front cover, (Alun Richards - Guest Lecturer, Writer, etc, ) and the book is Inscribed to Alun and SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR on the top of the title page, otherwise unmarked. Some light rubbing along front edge of spine, but spine not creased. Internally a couple of smudge marks on the reverse of the front cover (printing issue) . Overall Very Clean and Tight. 142 pages. Illustrated in b/w. 7 Chapters; 3 Appendices, 6 Plates, 3 Maps; List of original sources, Index. Very well researched, enormously detailed. An impressive and scarce work.
