Bound in simulated birch bark paper with cover title; 18mo (approx 4" x 6"); 46 pp; illustrated with 7 actual tipped-in b&w photographs plus 1 drawing with printed captions below. This is the 10th in a series of 19 books written by Abbott, dealing with hunting, fishing and camping the the Adirondacks. All are uniformly bound and all have tipped-in photos and some additionally have maps and or drawings. The bindings notoriously are fragile and are hard-to-find in great condition. Perhaps less than 100 copies of each were printed and distributed to the author's friends as Christmas keepsakes. Most collectors take years to complete their sets. This copy in good condition with cover wear and chipping at spine ends. Internally clean with some creases along bottoms of the tipped in plates; some staining on front endsheets from binder's paste perhaps; minor foxing spots o/w a decent copy. Signed by Abbott on the 1st free endpaper. Seller Inventory # 006608
