The author's copy with his ownership inscription on the front free end-paper dated 16/11/89 and the bookplate of Pamela and Raymond Lister. Loosely enclosed is a note by the author listing those to whom copies of the book were presented and a hand-written letter to the author from an unidentified writer, with one paragraph referring to the book.
