Max Esser (1885 Barth, Pommern - 1945 Berlin) war ein deutscher Bildhauer (besonders Tierplastiken). Er studierte an der Akademie in Berlin und war Sch�ler von August Gaul. Er deb�tierte auf der Berliner Kunstausstellung 1906. Esser wirkte auch als Gestalter f�r Mei�ner Porzellan (Tiermasken und -figuren). Au�erdem beiliegend ein schwarz-wei�es Foto von Arno Holz' Grabst�tte und ein Zeitungsausschnitt des "Kurier" aus dem Jahre 1963 �ber Arno Holz.
