First edition. Bound in full olive green crushed morocco by the renowned Club Bindery, with gilt borders, elaborate gilt spine and dentelles, signed by Club Bindery on front inner dentelle. With manuscript poem in holograph by Bunner bound in opposite half-title, for the poem, "Holiday Home," which appears on page 49. Binding has been repaired, esp. along margins of spine. Scarce thus.
