Official NASA color lithograph of the iconic Apollo 11 'visor shot' of BuzzÂAldrin taken by Neil Armstrong during their Apollo 11 EVA, boldly signed by Buzz Aldrin , "July 20, 1969, Buzz Aldrin." In fine condition. The piece measures 8 inches by 10 inches. Buzz Aldrin was one of the astronauts on NASA's Apollo 11 mission, which successfully landed the first humans on the Moon on July 20, 1969, where he spent 21 hours on the lunar surface, including a memorable moment when he and Armstrong planted the American flag. After leaving NASA, Aldrin has continued to advocate for space exploration, becoming involved in multiple ventures aimed at advancing space travel and promoting missions to Mars.
