Very good/near fine, unread, first edition book in very good plus dust jacket. Signed by the author on the half-title page. Board corners and top and bottom edges are very minimally rubbed and fore-edges of pages are slightly soiled. Book is internally clean and tight with no marks or tears. Head and tail of jacket spine are rubbed; lower back spine edge of jacket has a 1/3" closed tear with adjacent creases; a 1/8" closed tear in the center of the lower back jacket edge has an adjacent 2 1/4" diagonal crease running toward the spine. Just to the right of the lower back jacket fore-edge is a 1 1/2" closed vertical tear. Upper back left jacket corner has a 1/4" closed vertical tear. Lower fore-edge jacket corners are rubbed.
