Signed by both Geoffrey and Natalie Barkas in ink to the front free end paper.A film director by profession the author led the Middle East Command Camouflage Directorate in WWII which played a decisive part in deceiving Rommel into believing the main thrust of the Allied assault to regain North Africa from the Axis forces would be in the South.(Operation Bertram).
