Dick passed away after an illness and this is a copy from his collection. Yellow cloth, titles stamped in red on front cover and spine, xi [blank], 236 pp., foreword, bibliography. This is one of the few works on Allison. Six Guns 2093 says: "Scarce." "The most complete biography of this noted gunman to date, printed in a small edition, which was exhausted immediately after publication and hence was scarce from the beginning."
