First Edition Thus. Wraps. Large 8vo. Pamphlet. pp 8 (paginated 251-258). Offprint.Signed presentation copy from the author to Sir Marrack Goulding (1936 Ð 2010). He was the UK's Ambassador to Angola until 1985, and Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations until 1997. He wrote a book about his time at the UN titled 'Peacemonger'. Latterly he became Warden of St Anthony's College, Oxford. Very good.
