Platt is the author of at least two books on strategic intelligence factors in foreign relations and other areas. Signed copies of this title are uncommon. Kirk has made two corrections to the text on pages 95 & 158. Near fine (covers bright & contents clean & tight but with an ink stamp on the front endpaper stating that the book is not for resale inked over in pen); little edgewear & few short tears d/j. $50.00.
