The former owner, Hugh S. Moorhead, was the chair of the Northeastern Illinois University Philosophy Department and a noted book collector who, in his composition of his own book, "The Meaning of Life," asked the noted thinkers of his day the question "What is the meaning of life?" which many of the responders answered by inscribing their books with their answers. This being one of those copies with Fuller's profound response. NEAR FINE in Near Fine dust jacket protected in a removable archival cover.The book itself shows the top text-block edge somewhat darkened, otherwise remains Fine/As New. The dust jacket shows very slight shelf rubbing, otherwise is not price-clipped remaining Fine/As New. As pictured.
