Keedy - a brilliant gentleman and a friend of mine - Mary Williams Brinton 1950". Edwin Keedy (1880-1958) was Dean of the University of Pennsylvania Law School from 1941 until 1945, as well as the law school's Algernon Sidney Biddle Professor of Law. The blue cloth boards show spotting to the finish of the cloth, particularly on the edges, spine also faded. The internal binding is good and text pages are tight. There is no other handwriting other than that from the author, no bookplates, no library markings etc.
