In addition to being an author, professor, counselor, board member, and volunteer, Arlene is President of Integrity International, a management and consulting company. An accomplishsed keynote speaker, Arlene also presents workshops and seminars across the United States and abroad. She firmly believes that service is the highest form of consciousness on the planet.

Meganne Forbes is a watercolor artist living in Carpinteria, California. Her nature-inspired paintings have appeared in many shows in Southern California as well as on book covers, greeting cards and collectors' walls. Meganne intertwines her love of nature with her art and life. Her paintings are inspired by the natural world while she hikes, surfs and travels around the world with her son. She is passionate about painting and teaching watercolor to children and adults.
