Uncommon first edition with unclipped dust wrapper, inscribed to front fly leaf by author with initials rather than full signature (presentation copy). Slight offsetting to endpapers & edge toning but fresh inside; dust rapper has slight signs of wear & slight grubbiness to rear panel but complete & good colour; now in protective sleeve.

We have an excellent selection of illustrated children's books and a variety of posters, original art, maps, prints, and other ephemera, including football and theatre programmes. We always welcome enquiries from anyone interested in good books. We have had significant good publicity in recent years and we were judged one of Britain's top 50 bookshops by The Independent newspaper in 2008 "An absolutely fabulous bookshop". Our shop was chosen by Kudos Productions in 2008 for location filming of two episodes of the BBC's award-winning spy series "Spooks" and features in one of ITV's 2010 episodes of "House Guest".
