This is a beautiful original architecture drawing hand SIGNED & drawn by the British architect J. E. Jefferson; text at top : "A. A. Class of Design.A Casino. session 1887-1888; signed at bottom left J.E. Jefferson; full size: 40- 1/4 x 27in, with 3/4 in border; a beautiful exterior drawing at top of the Casino and floor plan of Grand Floor in middle of drawing; the Casion was probably near the sea because it states in the drawing " ELevation toward the Sea"; drawing is great for framing; most of the drawing in in black ink, but the architect put some notes in pencil; a lot of tears all around the edges; some over all browning but still brilliant; folded in half; over all in GOOD COND.
