Light brown cloth, lettered in white and gilt. Slightly tanned along edges and spine panel, mild binding lean, slightly foxed top text block edge, otherwise only slight shelf wear. Dust jacket rubbed and slightly chipped at spine extremities, rubbed along flap folds, some light surface scratches on rear panel, now in archival mylar. [vii],403 pp. Presentation copy with publisher's book plate mounted on front flyleaf, printed "With the compliments of" and signed "the author" in Warren's hand - but NOT displaying his actual signature. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
