Light gray wrappers with blue lettering on cover and spine. Toning to spine; moderate creasing, mostly to back wrapper; minor wear to edges; mild soiling. Tight binding and clean interior. Includes a small section of black-and-white photos on plates as well as maps and diagrams with the text. Also includes two folding maps in a rear pocket. Both maps are in fine condition. In this paper on the agriculture of the Hopi of northern Arizona, the author examines the ecological factors that influence their field site choices and how the introduction of tractors and other technology has impacted those systems.
