"Chasing The Devil" by Tim Butcher 2010 - First Edition, First Printing Hand Signed, Inscribed & Dated Hardcover Book with Dust Jacket 9 1/2" x 6 1/2" 325 Pages The jacket is in good minus condition with a couple of small edge tears. The jacket is protected with a removable Mylar cover. The book is in good condition free from rips, tears, bends, stains, and writing. The book has been hand signed, inscribed and dated on the title page in black marking pen by the author. The pages are very mildly toned and the previous owner's address label is on the front free end page. The boards are in very good to good condition with no wear. There is a tiny edge bump on the back board. The binding is tight and square.
