INSCRIBED FIRST EDITION, first printing. Octavo (22 x 16cm), pp.65; [3]. Publisher's green cloth, gilt titles to spine, green endpapers. Dust-jacket with printed price of £5.95 net to front flap. Inscribed by John Betjeman to Jonathan Stedall to flyleaf. Spotting to top edge. Some marking to dust-jacket which is also sunned to spine. Very good. The recipient Jonathan Stedall was a documentary filmmaker who had a long professional relationship with Betjeman and made a number of his best loved programmes.
