Signed by Truman Capote on a leaf tipped in after the front free endpaper as issued for members of Kroch and Brentano's First Edition Circle, with club letter and bookmark laid in. Bound in publisher's original maroon cloth stamped in silver and gold. Near Fine with faint splaying to boards and light tanning to pages. In a Near Fine unclipped dust jacket with light edge wear, tanning to spine and light soiling. A sharp copy of one of Capote's best-known works, detailing the unexplained murder of the Clutter family in small-town Kansas.
