First edition, first printing of the author's first published work. Signed and inscribed to a former owner by Tim O'Brien on the half-title page. Bound in publisher's original green paper boards over beige spine cloth stamped in black. Good with staining to covers, small ink stain to textblock edge. Pages tanned and with a few tiny markings to text. In a Good unclipped dust jacket with staining to the blindside, tanning, creasing to the flaps. Seller Inventory # 140944795
