Illustrations, striking green endsheets, and jacket design by Edd Cartier. -- Hardcover. Condition: very good (very slight slant; light spotting top-edge) with good-plus, unclipped, bright dust jacket (surface wrinkle/scratching, some rub at spine crown, faint stain rear-panel; front- and rear-flap have crease and tiny chips at top-edge).
