Gray cloth with gold-color decoration on front cover, gold-color lettering on spine, xiv, 318 pp., historic photos, with jacket. SIGNED by both authors dated 1986 on the front free endpaper. First Printing, First State: The lettering on jacket's spine is off center and a slip with an apology from the printer and an offer from the Office of the Dean to replace the jacket at a later date is laid in.
