This is a fine hardcover first edition copy in a fine publisher's slipcase. Looks like an unread copy. Will suit the collector. For many years I displayed in my very own bookshop a photo of myself standing at the door of City Lights holding a paperback copy that I had just purchased from Ferlinghetti himself.

The motto on the front door: NO SHOOTING, NO SMOKING, NO MOONING THE MANAGEMENT.
