Add to basketNarratives of climbs in the New Zealand Alps between 1912 and 1921. Many illustrations. Blue cloth is embossed on front with the title and an emblem of an ice-axe & coil of rope and with gilt lettering on spine. Corners, edges and spine ends are mildly bumped and rubbed. There is a 4x2cm hole in the binding of the spine otherwise boards are tidy. Roughcut page edges are mildly foxed and there is foxing throughout but predominantly on the first and last few pages. Endpaper's are discoloured. Binding is tight and sturdy. Signed by Author. With Compliments of the Author S Turner 1922.
