John McCarthy much admired Jims banjo performance and upon returning home to Colorado, Jim sent John a banjo as a gift. Nearly all signed first editions of this title were signed via a tipped in page. Copies where McCarthy actually handled the book and inscribed them are very rare to the marketplace.
