Former owner's signature at top of this page, with a gift inscription in different pen in between these. A FIRST EDITION, First Printing, from 1929, this hardcover small octavo has bright orange cloth-covered boards stamped with stark, deco-design black lettering to front & spine. Condition is Near Fine: very clean & bright, binding strong & straight with a hint of warping to boards. Hinges secure, pages creamy white with mild tanning, but completely unmarked save for aforementioned names in front matter. The unclipped DJ (with $2.50 price intact to front flap) is Good+: bright & colorful with great cover art, many small chips to corners, both ends of spine, & along top edge; one larger one at head of spine; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover Free!
