The novel won the inaugural Waterstones Children's Book Prize in 2005. Written by Stuart Hill, a British author best known for this series. In the original full black cloth binding. Externally, excellent. Original unclipped dust wrapper and paper covered slip case are also excellent. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout. Fine.
