This work contains notes of a trip around the world by the author. The notes were written every day as the journey progressed, and sent back to The Atchison Globe, of which paper the author was editor. The journey began October 26, 1905, and ended Mach 10, 1906. He was a passenger on twelve different steamships, and on railroad trains in eleven different countries. He visited Hawaii, Japan, China, The Philippines, Ceylon, India, Egypt, Palestine, and Europe. Photographs are included. These copies are clean and solid. SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR, flat signed on the title page of Volume I. Seller Inventory # 022885
