Good+; spine faded; some rubbing/bumping to extremities; minor scuffs/stains to cloth; blue topstain faded; fading to margins of blue endpapers; tanning to deckle fore and bottom edges of pages; else Fine; Hinges sound, spine straight, pages clean and bright except as noted. No dust jacket. Presumed First Edition. Inscription to the third free page: "To Gloria Zurkow, who helped me so much in issuing 'Delaware Poems' - Gilbert Byron - December 7, 1943". Follows in a different hand: "Edna B. Byron". Edna was Gilbert Byron's wife, also the painter of the frontispiece.
