Quarto, 190pp, illustrated, publisher s gray cloth pictorially stamped in black (spine leaning, minor dusting and wear, very good). Pictorial dust jacket (closed tear at top of front panel along fold for over an inch, additional shorter tears, chips, with minor loss from edges, minor rubbing and soiling, good).
