Topics range from Ordering to Special Dining Problems, to Dining En Route and comparing European and U.S Dining experiences (a score draw (5:5) in terms of superiority). See images. Condition (external): half-binding boards (grey cloth/blue paper) have some edgewear; with bending at the corners - especially at the bottom (back and front boards). Tight binding. Condition (internal): The pages are mildly to moderately tanned with occasional spotting; more evident on the preliminary and final ones. pp. ix, 243/8vo. Printed on laid paper.
