Many black and white illustrations of china used on North American passenger trains from the turn of the 20th century until the book was published in 1983. Laid in are a "Dining on Rails" bookmark, a sheet listing "Last Minute Discoveries" and a small "note" advertising clear vinyl protective covers for $2.00. Blue hardcover, vg+; some corner rub and minimal cover wear. This is #0416 of 2000 copies SIGNED by Luckin on the title page and has the publisher's blind stamp at the bottom right of the limitation page. 320 pp.
