First Printing. A superb copy of the US Advance Reader's Edition or Proof. SIGNED and dated (June 04) at the title page by the author and this copy also comes with the pop-up map as a separate item - they were actually distributed with many of the proofs but are rarely together nowadays. Very Fine condition, it would appear never opened other than for the author to sign.

Parcel mail rates from Finland are based on the size of the parcel and include tracking by default. Books are shipped as parcels.

Smaller items such as autographs, postcards or other ephemera are sent by Letter-rate. ** Letter mail from Finland does not include tracking by default** and therefore if you require this service please choose the Expedited rate when placing your order for this type of item.

For customers in the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and the rest of the world the standard rate also includes full tracking.
