Presentation copy inscribed by Ted Hughes on the front free endpaper to his daughter (with Sylvia Plath) and her third husband with the words: 'Frieda and Laszlo love Daddy June 1998'. Book is in near fine condition, with sharp board edges and corners, and spine foot; trace of white from the jacket to the board fore-edge. Internally unblemished. Jacket is not price-clipped and is in near fine condition, with a touch of rippling to the top edge, otherwise very good and clean.
