Printed hardcovers with color illustrated playing card on front board as issued. Contributions by Albert Ellis, Nat Hentoff, Eric Partridge, et al. Photographs by Art Kane and Garry Winogrand. Illustrations by Degas and Hogarth. Inscribed on the title page by Ginzburg. "For Andy Ragova with abiding gratitude Ralph Ginzburg." Minor rubbing and soiling on boards, tape reinforcement at spine topedge, bumps on front board topedge and corners, edgewear mostly at spine ends, musty odor. Good condition.
