Signed by R. V. Cassill on the title page with no date or inscription; author's first book. Pages are crisp, but they are somewhat age toned and show some scattered finger smudges; there is a spot of soiling and a light stain on the inside of the front cover and the front free endpaper, extending slightly to the half title; there is a tap at the head edge of the page block, causing some chipping to the margins of several pages. The binding remains square and secure, the hard cover modestly rubbed along the heel edges, at corners, and at spine tips, with some softening at the spine ends and just a little darkening of the gilt title, otherwise clean and attractive.; Signed by Author.

Orders usually ship within 1 business day. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. We ship via US Postal Service and can insure upon request (insurance is free on items over $200). All shipments are protected from water, padded, reinforced if potentially bendable, and boxed if fragile or over $50 in value (otherwise, a bubble mailer may be used).
