The covers consist of heavy stock light green/tan (? ) paper folded to form a doubled wrapper. "R. E. W. Deming, His Work" is printed in bold maroon lettering on front cover. The title page is signed by his wife, Theresa O. Deming. Stamped in small red letters on verso of front cover is Copyright T. O. Deming 1925.
