In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. A little discolouration to the spine. Minor marks to the boards, with a white mark to the head of the rear board. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Hinges are starting but firm. Internally, gutta percha binding is perishing, pages will detach with further handling. Pages are bright and clean. Frontispiece is detached but present, half-title is detaching. Good.
